Terms of Sale

1. General
These Terms of Sale govern all transactions between purchasers and Meridian Estates (Harlow & Associates) in relation to the purchase of residential properties within the Meridian Estates development.
2. Reservation
A reservation fee is required to secure your chosen residence. This fee is fully refundable within the statutory cooling-off period. Full terms governing the reservation and exchange process will be provided in the sale contract prepared by our solicitors.
3. Property Specifications
All specifications, finishes, floor plans and pricing are indicative and subject to change without prior notice at the developer's discretion. Images and renders are artist's impressions only and may not reflect the final completed product.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
